Who we are

Jangovia is a learning service operated by [Legal name of the operator], [Registered address, Senegal] ("we"). These Terms are an agreement between you and us about your use of Jangovia, its apps, its assistant Boo and its connectors.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use Jangovia. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms for you.

Keep your password safe and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for what happens in it.

Your content

What you put into Jangovia (courses, lessons, cards, quiz questions, files, Skills) stays yours. You give us the permission we need to store it, process it and show it to you, including sending it to the AI providers listed in the Privacy Policy when you ask Boo to work with it.

Only upload material you have the right to use. Do not use the service to break the law, to harm others, or to try to get around its limits or security.

Boo and AI output

Boo uses AI models to write and explain. AI output can be wrong or incomplete: check what matters, especially for exams, health, law or money. Boo is a study companion, not a teacher, doctor or advisor.

Plans, payment and cancellation

Jangovia is free to use for learning. Paid plans add Boo credits, more capable models and more storage, as described on the pricing page. The limits of each plan can change; we will tell you before a change reduces what you already pay for.

Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. Payment is handled by Paddle.com, our merchant of record, which is the seller of record for your purchase and handles payment, tax and invoices under its own terms.

You can cancel at any time from Settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and then returns to Free; nothing you made is deleted. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.

Fair use

"Unlimited" storage means storage for your own learning. We may contact you, and if needed limit an account, when use is automated, abusive or far outside personal learning.

Changes and ending

We may change these Terms. When a change matters, we will tell you in the app or by email before it applies. You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, after telling you why unless the law or safety prevents it.

Liability

Jangovia is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for a claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.
