What is a Boo credit?
Boo runs on AI models that cost money every time they think. A credit is about one cent of that cost. Studying (lessons, cards, quizzes) never uses credits.
What happens when I run out?
You keep learning: everything except Boo keeps working. Credits refill, every day on Free and every month on paid plans, or you can move to a plan with more.
What are advanced and frontier models?
The AI models behind Boo, grouped by how capable they are. Advanced models think harder than the everyday one; frontier models are the most capable available. Each plan gives them a share of its credits.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from Settings. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then move to Free without losing anything you made.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, within 14 days of a first payment. The refund policy has the details.
Who handles payments?
Paddle, our merchant of record, handles payment, tax and invoices. We never see your card.
